D30 – Drawing Machine

Draw frames are contributing not more than 5% of the yarn manufacturing cost but this is the first m/c in the process which will be having a positive control of yarn. With the old systems of draw frames where no auto levellers are provided the yarn quality with respect to cv% of less than 1.2 can be achieved but the results are not consistent.
